After my divorce in 2017, God showed me in different ways HE wanted me to stand for the salvation of my husband and the restoration of my marriage! I have been standing for 7 years waiting for God's promises to be fulfilled! This testimony brought me hope and reassurance in God's promises! PRAISE GOD! There is nothing impossible for Him! Satan is a defeated foe! Another family restored! I pray that all families that had been broken by the enemy be restored in the name of the Lord! I pray for more couples to fight for their marriage! I pray that Pastors will join God in the business of saving marriages. Too many families are falling into the enemy's trick. We need to wake up and fight for our family!

My husband divorced me after 40+ years of marriage and married another woman. It’s like I snd our children are dead as he is living a wonderful new life with his new wife and her son . I continue to remain faithful to God, my vows and pray for my husbands salvation. It’s been 10 years now and there is no change in my husband and he is happy in his new life .

There is a really helpful book you can find online : First Aid for a Wounded Marriage by Marilyn Phillips. It is out of print but you can find it and read it online in a blog. It is very practical, biblical and encouraging for anyone standing and believing God for restoration.

It may not be His will to restore your marriage with the woman who doesn’t respect or love you and left you. You do realize that the Bible allows for divorce in the case of adultery… And at this point, yeah, wasting your life on hopes of restoration.

@TheDudeInAZ no adultery or cheating. So I'm NOT divorced in God's eyes. God changes hearts all the time theeres literally thousands upon thousands of testimonies just on KZbin alone of him doing that and bringing back spouses so I have no room to doubt.

In short: no. Remarriage can only take place with the previous spouse or if that same ex spouse passes. God takes marriage very seriously, so if you’re going to marry, let the lord choose for you.
