After 3 Years of No Contact-They SHIFTED Realities

"When you go ALL IN on love, that’s all you’ll see." Love it! I wrote a note to myself last night to "go all in" because why not? What do I have to lose? Sometimes we hold back or withdraw in an attempt to "protect" ourselves from hurt and disappointment, but in fact it is caving into fear and lack that leads to suffering. When we go all in on love, the benefit for us and everyone else is immeasurable.

​@@RachelAnnieTake your time to feel the hurt and emotions. It will cause resistance as you described, when you start while still feeling hurt. Be as kind and caring to yourself as possible. Once the relief is dominant, start focussing on your desire which is your truth. Don't let yourself down because your mind is only trying to protect you. Love is stronger and will overtake again 😊❤

These videos have made me realize that we get everything we want. Always! Even if it is subconscious and doesn’t seem like we want it (i.e. a smoking habit or gaining weight) we unconsciously want it! So knowing that we are always getting what we want, we might as well choose consciously :)
