Not gonna lie, the "plot twist" that earth was still alive left a weird taste in my mouth, the council glasses the earth, then a faction of the council wants to undo what they just did, so they terraform the planet, and occupy it with unknown aliens, then keep it all a secret from the rest of the council, it's bittersweet "yay our homeworld isn't dead" correct, but it's technically not your homeworld anymore, none of the plants are recognizable, because their alien, the buildings don't look human, and some unknown species of aliens has been living on it for 3k years, honestly doesn't sound like the faction of the council was trying to preserve earth or humanity, but pretend that nothing wrong happened by erasing everything human from the planet, if I was the commander I would of been even more pissed off that my homeworld wasn't COMPLETELY destroyed, but was GIVEN to an alien species

If I understand the story correctly, the faction of the Council that terraformed Earth had been opposed to wiping out humanity, but were overruled by the majority. Then afterwards, they operated in secret, hiding their activities using illusion, and political maneuvering to circumvent those like Vexalia. As for the reason for the alien flora and fauna on Earth, because of the planet being glassed, they had to use samples likely taken from the remains of creatures and plants that hadn't been totally destroyed, and carefully combined the genetic samples with carefully selected flora and fauna from their own worlds that were as close a match as possible. More than likely, this faction was also a peaceful faction that did what they had to in order to survive against the more aggressive council species.

I dont know how much the people in charge of the channel can get the credit for the story, its written by an AI. If you listened to several of these on different channel, some of the names are recurrent, even very common, like the Chen family, which is so vast that i nicknamed their ancestor Genghis Chen!

I never noticed. until I started listening to these type stories that even in the fantasy world of sci-fi. There's nothing but female heroes. and male villains. Every person of power. And strength in these sci-fi stories are female. I really feel sorry for the young men growing up today. Constantly being told they're nothing, that being a man has no value. On TV and in the movies. men are beaten By women on almost every show, men cannot fight. Men can't think. Men can't make decisions. And these young men growing up today. are seeing this and subconsciously just starting to believe in, in a few more years` there will be no more American men. Not all of them but yeah it is a trend. There are a few stories out there with a strong male protagonist. And they are Well written with Human authors behind the pen or keyboard as it were. But you have to hunt for them as a good story takes a human time while the AI churn out a swimming pool full of garbage stories in the blink of an eye.

They’re AI stories but if I was the channel creator, I would at least try to edit it. Go through the store whatever sounds off fix it. I have no problem with AI stories as long as they are proofread before posting which all of these channels do not wanna do and it annoys the listener hearing a clear contradiction during an epic moment

Sounds like humanity was already starting to eclipse the galactic councils tech when it was destroyed, and it said since the rediscovery of the tech they had been progressing generations before their first move, I mean just 120 years ago we flew the first plane, and now we’ve been to the moon. Humans growth is exponential, and with all of humanity focused solely on one goal, it’s not impossible for their tech to evolve so rapidly

It used the alliance with the insect race to bridge the gap. but you are right. 3000 years is a long time for every race other then humans to remain stagnant. Someone somewhere would have continued to develop new technologies. The military would have periodically upgraded their fleets and technology. A lot of space stories like this fail to undertstand how civilisation and technologies advance. Corruption is not enough to prevent the galactic council from being completely powerless. There would have been several different organisations each tasked to look after different aspects of the galactic civilisation. This is basically the Star Wars syndrom how a council of leaders are responsible for everything when that is never the case.

These mistakes will cause problems for those people who can’t hear the spoken word. The problem as I see it is yes no proof reading but most of all NO PUNCTUATION. Punctuation is the pauses, separation an sets the speed of the story, all you have to do is listen carefully when someone speaks to get the balance right. A.I. Is pronounced as to separate letters hence the full stops that mean a slight pause that define the word.
