Idk if this is already a thing, but a sand-box, open world game that involved creepy stuff like this would be really cool. It would be similar to GTA in that you could easily get to different terrains (forests, cities, mountains, deserts, suburbs, etc.) and each area had multiple paranormal elements that are unique to those areas. Like, if you're in the city, you can go down into the sewers and hunt a monster like this one. If you are in the suburbs, you can go inside a house and hunt a ghost like the one from PT. I saw a video where they go to an island and find leatherface. Just stuff like that where it's not completely survival horror in that you can't fight back, but creepy enough that it's actually a tense and frightening experience.
