I am legitimately upset that I can't assist and that I can't petition with y'all. I noticed you fell off KZbin for a while; you have been a great content creator favorite of mine. I have always wanted to go rally with you but life always got in the way, I'm sure you understand. I'm glad you are recovered and back on the bike. Thank you for being a great motivation to me and I hope you win the war to keep your riding areas open. Again thank you for all the great videos and motivation to keep goin. You have saved my life.

Oh man, where to start. Your work is so good in so many ways, the quality of your videos, your attitude towards the sport and people in general, the content of your message, the beauty of the land your show, the list goes on. As a health care provider (I am a practicing vascular surgeon but also involve in trauma care), I appreciate you bringing awareness of injury prevention and mental health. Both of them require from all of us to make the effort to learn how to avoid injury and keep our minds in peace with ourselves and the ones around us. For those watching Tylers vids, do not think that his tours are high risk. The risk is in the rider himself, get training, get better, choose your rides-trail-lines-obstacles, ignore peer pressure, wear the right protection, and maintain your bike! Our group can’t wait to meet you and Jesse and go ride some awesome trails! These three months can pass fast enough.

Bravo Zulu, my friend!!!👏 Welcome back on the wheels, I know it felt great to get back out there. You capture Utah and riding so well. I experienced Cherry Creek while exploring the west on my Kove and was blown away at the riding. Almost put a for sale sign in my yard to move LOL. It's hard to capture the essence of Utah riding but you show the world how beautiful it is. Thank you!! This will get me through winter.

Man... seems to be the year of bad injuries. Just happened to be checking the local riding page about a month ago. Saw a post asking someone to help with a bike recovery and went out to help. Guy wrecked his 890 adv into the river, nearly drowned pinned under his bike and shattered his pelvis. He's recovering, and I've been rebuilding his bike. Be safe out there everyone.
@jams97055 ай бұрын
Ya, I know broke my pelvis in 2015. Just easy riding in the woods on forest rd., flubbed a U-turn and my 2013 650 BMW gs fell over and bike landed on me. Ouch!

Your cinematic riding videos are what brought me to your channel, but your openness about mental health is what made me subscribe. It is so important, particularly for men, to learn how to healthily process our emotions and manage our minds. Just the fact that you share your story is helping people wether you realize it or not, so thank you.

Great video, I love your content, especially the drone videos, I'm getting part 107 certified one day, it's a great hobby. Hey, what happens if someone breaks a leg, or worse, far from a road and help, and they need transport, are they airlifted? Is there a special insurance for that in Utah? And what if a bike is fubared, how do you get that out?

Man I tore a ligament in my foot and I've been off the bike for about 2 months now, the injury ruined a IDBDR/Calgary/WABDR trip. It's been a real bummer and I'm really itching to get back on the bike but I still have another 4 weeks before I can even put weight on my foot. I can't imagine having to be off the bike for 6 months. I already feel like I'm losing my mind.

Is a KTM 390 adventure suitable type of bike for your rallies ? (skill level aside)
@bakanaman24 ай бұрын
My 2 cents is the KTM 390 Adv is absolutely capable. I own one and the bike is so much more capable than my skill level. Previously I had a lightweight dual sport and I feel more confident offroad on the 390. I absolutely love the thing. May not be as fast on technical trails as some other dual sports with a really good rider, but that's fine with me.

Sounds like these big ADV bikes are causing alot of these injuries and crashes. I have a 250 duo sport that fell on my foot while off road about two years ago and I still feel the pain from the injury but at least it didn't break anything. Thanks be to Jahovah. Always wanted an ADV bike but have been scared off due to people getting injured or dying on them constantly. They are too heavy for off road in my opinion. May our heavenly Father protect you Everride and your loved ones.
@asv5455 ай бұрын
None of these injuries were on an ADV bike. The heaviest bike that had an injury on this ride was my DRZ400E and was mostly due to a rear tire flat.

Good question. I work in logging for crap pay and ride bikes every day. So 2 very dangerous activities. Living life is absolutely worth it. It is never a dull day. And the unity is unreal. Life is dangerous. And the game only has one end scene. That said a tw might be a better choice over a heavy adv bike in knarly terrain riding solo. Take care...
