Houston, Texas: Fire Dept Watching the video where Capt. ABBT was out of air on the 5th floor, and nobody could not hear him was the Batt. Chief was NOT LISTENING !!!!! He just kept flapping his gums!!!! And not telling everyone to stay off the air until the emergency was over and the Capt was safe!!!!!!!
