After Being Betrayed Gentle Prince Becomes The Supreme Ruler

The young prince, Arslan, sets out to make his first military display of bravery.
However, the Parsian army is wiped out, and Ecbatana, the nation's capital, is besieged after the king is betrayed by one of his most dependable officials. Arslan must flee because the army is in ruins and the Lusitanians are after his head.
Arslan soon sets out on a journey in search of allies who will help him retake his home with Daryun, a reputable general, by his side.

Correction. The Arslan series is not written by her. She only do the manga adaptation from the novels. The author from The Heroic Legend of Arslan is Yoshiki Tanaka.

Aslan Senki is an old novel and has been adapted in the 90s but the art quality back then couldn't compete with the novel's illustrations, which were done by the artist of Final Fantasy game. They probably wanted to do the same thing as Mushoku Tensei by taking it slow and carefully.

The legend of Arsland is an incredibly anime I originally found out about it because it's based on Cyrus The Great whom Alexander the Great was named after because people thought he would eventually conquer more land than Cyrus (didn't happen)

Based on what you're looking for, I'd say try out "How a realist hero rebuilt the kingdom". Name is kinda cringe, the fights are okay at best, and there kinda is a harem, but if you can overlook those, it does have themes that you mentioned, especially political ones, and handles them quite well. I'd say it's an 'okay' anime at best, but idk if you'll like it

thats 3 p's!! worth of Jp's... They Pp'd all over that river... They really showed the magnitude of their PP's technique.. It made a MASSIVE difference in growth... Of... Character.. So all of the Jp pp's are a mysterious thing, rarely ever seen in manga.. Its one of those things that really hit home when you see a jppp.. Its the Pp part that always freaks me out.. you cant just start jppp'ing all over the tops of buildings and alleyways. I mean C'mon parkouring pp's are a thing of the past..
