I’ve seen multiple versions of this story and I love every single one of them. No hidden identities, no third parties, no revenge, no ridiculous misunderstandings. Just a story of a woman who grew a backbone and exited a relationship where she wasn’t appreciated, and a man who was given a chance of claiming his first love and made every single moment with her a treasure to remember. And yes, a story also of a man who took for granted what he had because he thought he’d have it forever, not realizing that love, no matter how great would wither if not treasured and taken cared of. It was so satisfying to watch the loss of his confidence when she stopped clinging, the panic when he realized she’d really left him, and the desperation of wanting to get her back. I love the ML’s family. The men in their family treated their women right, that’s why the ML was the way he is.

I really agree with you. This is one of the only storylines I have not grown tired of so far when it's repeated with different actors. I think that's because most of the reinterpretations keep to the wholesome nature of the relationships and it's more about the growing love between ML and FL, than any of the side stories. I also enjoy seeing the one who lost her come to the realisation of what he had and lost. I love it!

This drama is really good. Both the FL and the ML have normal IQ, so there's none of that torturous love bs, there's no abuse, there's no cheating, no fake savior, no unreasonable misunderstanding, nothing. And the relationship between FL and 2ML is handled well. The 2ML took FL's love for granted, so he never took her seriously, because he thought she'd always love him no matter how he treated her. But FL proved him wrong. When she realized he didn't value her the way she deserved, she ended it immediately and never looked back ,never wavered in her choice. She didn't give up her dignity for him and didn't allow him to bully her into compliance. She stood up for herself and chose to love the person who treated her with love and respect instead of the scumbag who was dismissive of her feelings and took her for granted.

I love how welcoming the ML's family is. Just so happy for him and so kind to her. The sister is acting like they are already best friends. Nice to see for a change. This is my 2nd time seeing this story line. Both were this sweet version but as with every remake afterwards, the newer versions slowing turned more toxic.

I'm just calling him the ex, he didn't think she was worthy of him and once she knew she left and ended up with a guy who was better than him in every way and believed she was worth everything he could give her and more. Now onto both leads they loved in the same way except she was open about it while he kept his secret. The both loved for 10 years, they took classes they believed would be of interest to their crushes. Her loved failed but not because she didn't try, her love was just unworthy and selfish. When she was finally willing to call it quits she as quickly as she could cutt all ties with him. She got rid of anything and everything that reminded her of him. While ml love worked out because he was patient and waited for the right opportunity and slowly slide his way into her heart. He didn't rush anything other than the marriage certificate. He patiently waited for her to fully come around. He knew not to confess because he understood her love. It was just like his, they werent expecting to be chosen they just loved to love. If something came about then it would be wonderful. Her loved of course took advantage of her feelings thinking no matter what he did she would not leave. His love didn't even realize he had loved her for that long but once she did it broke her heart because she understood what a 10 year unrequited love was like but luckily for him it finally became requited. They were perfect for each other. And I like the fact that he was prepared to take care of her for the rest of her life even if he couldn't win her heart and she left by making a prenup that said she would get half of his assets if they ever separated.

Hey everybody who is enjoying these dramas as much as I do. I'm really liking this one. The slow fall in love with not all that vengeful mess going on in every scene. Don't get me wrong I enjoy those too but it's good to take a break from it. The only thing that really got me annoyed about this one is all the texting and emailing that I cannot read lol. I wish it could be seen in English for me but i'll take what I can get. I just get lost when they start sending messages.
