Guys tips de rhi h and helpful bhot h she is right bahar sy aate h to sone ka mann krta and jyada so lete h and headache bhi hota h especially school or college sy aur ye instead of taking a nap ye pdhti h thodi derr then nap lena is good thanqu its very much helpful for me coz neend shi mai bhot h like kal mai soyi 3: 30 and get up around 5: 30-5: 45pm 😥
