Not directly. But you can install a mac emulator and run the screen savers via the emulator

I would like to have this screen saver 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 so I would instead need the SCR files instead of the ISO Images cus my PC cant handle VMs
