I had my normal delivery on may 23rd with a lot of tearing and stitches. I haven’t pooped since then it’s been 4 days. Things you told - will it help to make first poop really soft like liquid? Because I have seen any stool softeners help to ease constipation but still have little hard poop in beginning and due to stitches I can’t put pressure on rectum. @@jotkaur3506 I recommend to take at fist 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil. In the case that you will have no bowel movement one hour later take a second dosage of 15 ml castor oil. Eventually a third dosage of 15 ml castor oil two hours later, and so on. It is essential to take a larger amount of castor oil in this manner for so the gall bladder will be refilled completely from le liver again. I know of a woman having had no bowel movement one week after the birth of her child with a Caesarean section. Exclusively by swallowing castor oil she had success.
