TODAY'S RECIPE IS After discovering this recipe, I just want to make bread like this ! Crispy Bread Toast Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Bread 3 pieces
Cut the edges
Keep aside
1 egg
Milk 1/4 cup
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes to taste
Parsley 1 tbsp
Mix well
Soak bread pieces
Coat with bread crumbs
Fry until golden brown
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

If you take this much oil to fry whole bread will be soaked in oil when you take it out and it won't be cripsy

You can also make it on simple flat tawa. It takes just a spread of oil or ghee and comes out nice.

U don't deep fry, u can place a table spoon of butter or margarine on a saucepan and toast.
