One long bickering and posturing scene after another and she still has no real power to put her enemies under her own feet, she can't fight, her words have no power, and she is a facade power. None of the scenes she speaks in actually changes anything; it's only when the vassal men or the ML speaks does anything move. Her voice/power doesn't penetrate past her circle of employees.
