I'm glad you brought this up. There's no substitute for doing proper study on characters and everything that moves. There seems to be so many people wanting shortcuts. Thanks! Yes, Thats exactly where I learnt the posing technique with hold keyframes and some other key things you may have spotted! This technique seems completely absent from youtube so I though the budding motion designers should hear about it!

10:00 the moment where the whole knowledge and animation really clicked together just from a single foot rotation. I have just 1 tip tho, be careful who you give the other earing, a friend of mine gave it to an old hag and he lost his youth and beauty.
