First than anything let me say, great tutorial man! Then I would like to ask, can you combine this technique with the 3D model technique, so I have per say a 3D Guitar object giving shape to particles and then also reacting to audio. Not sure if I explained myself correctly. (hope I did)

Does anybody experience that after a few seconds the flow is getting faster and faster and messes it up because of the Flow Z expression? reducing it to time*100 doesnt change the effect but when I delete the expression and simply set the Flow Z to 40 or something it will look way better

Flow Z being set to Time*200 is setting the flow to the time, x 200. As your comp goes on, time progresses so the number becomes bigger and bigger.
