May I please know what the version your using "AFTER EFFECTS" IS IT AFTER EFFECT CC OR CS/PRO, Because bro you make lots of awesome stuff and I don't have those option on my AFTER EFFECT....mine its version 11.0 please do replay :)

He's using Adobe CC 2015, however I'm using CC 2014 and everything is working just fine for me. I think the problem you don't have as many options is because they're actually plug-ins (extensions for after effects). There's Trapcode - Particular & Video Copilot - Lens Flare. Trapcode is really necessary for this tutorial.

There are also plenty of ways to achieve the particle effect with third party plug-ins and without that are all free. Trapcode Particular is the one he used in this video because it's the best (imo) but you can create particles in other ways.

Or you can pirate it lol. There are working activation codes for the entire trapcode suite if you look hard enough

Dude you've got to explain what youre doing and why you are doing it. Everyone is so confused because you just breeze through it and only tell us to put certain values. Id learn alot more if you had explained what these settings did or what the mean. Also please note that youre using a plug in so you dont add to the confusion :)

For everyone that has problems with their Smoke and Particle imports being opaque, if you change the layer mode of each video to "ADD" then they will go transparent. :) :) - Awesome guide and easy to create. Cheers.

I tried flipping the 'particles' footage layer Horizontally, as it will make it look more natural as the logo and the wind blowing in the same direction :)

Please put some information if you are using third plugin in the description. So we are not searching it in our AE. or, ask some question to you about those plugin you using it because some people doesn't have the third plugin including me. thats makes me confuse, because i search at the effect & preset. i wasnt find it.

my smoke 2.avi is covering the smoke 1.avi, on yours it's transparent so you can see both, how do I make the transparency work so I can see both videos?

Efficient and concise tutorial, ideal as a quick reminder for professional and enough clear for semi-advanced users. Beginners should read video descriptions and will know if third party plugins are needed. It's because you gentlemen are probably using a Mac, which will not open those two files in a "Quicktime" style format. Simply find new stock footage or convert the two. Hope this helped!
