For all the work that that young lady has put into that apartment she should be a owner renting and putting in all that wonderful work!! She just improved their property by thousands of dollars hopefully they reimburse her for all that hard work the floors the walls and she did the plumbing I mean she totally renovated that apartment it should be free to her!! Si el apartamento lo ha convertido en nuevo y veo que está a las afueras a mí me parece que las habitaciones son de juguete muy chiquitinas si vive ella sola pues se las puede arreglar por lo demás es todo muy miniatura

El que dejó además el apartamento lo tenía decorado en gris esta chica le gusta el negro y el beis y el siguiente que venga le gustará el rosa, el azul o el amarillo y otras cosas en este apartamento lo digo porque yo también he vendido un piso ahora lo he vendido precioso con una biblioteca nueva de dos años y todavía los compradores que han venido a mirar el piso dicen que se tiraba todo absolutamente todo y a mí no me ha hecho ninguna gracia oír eso, pues les dije sobre la biblioteca, pero si tiene dos años y es preciosa echa toda Pladur blanco una biblioteca grandísima de lujo en toda una pared pues como no les gustan los libros hay que tirar también la biblioteca como todo lo demás van a venir con una excavadora y lo tiran todo y eso veo yo que es una forma de derroche tremendo no aprovechar nada del dueño anterior en un piso hemos llegado a un punto de verdad increíble no se ahorra nada todo se tira aquí va una lavadora casi nueva y los electrodomésticos de la cocina tampoco los quieren quieren los suyos que sean mejores o que sean peores pero los suyos. A mí me deja todo esto muy disgustada por el gasto que yo tuvede ventanas PVC, las ventanas y les gustan claro son el último grito con una distancia entre cristales más grande que lo normal plena moda eso sí, pero para eso las puse yo para subir el precio del piso pero la biblioteca no la quieren

That's definitely not the United States the landlord would not be happy...he would throw you out and rent it to someone else for more money. That's a lot of work to put into a rental but different areas are different
