@@bkebradley A lot of problems comes from people relying solely on Project+ for those characters. I've talked with PMDT and P+ devs about the rest of the forbidden 4 but it ultimately comes down to "they don't have the resources/time and aren't interested". Which is fine, P+ has benefited the game in way more ways than just characters. When it comes to Isaac, Lyn, and Sami legit all is needed are people to volunteer to help work on them. I've spent the last 5+ years studying the game and modeling software with the goal of completing the cast and I do a pretty dang good job contributing. Would highly recommend channeling that energy into motivation

My favorite is Wario. Glad he is still good. I sincerely hope Jigglypuff gets more to work with so she us not just a worse Wario. Pikmon is just crazy good. Not sure if he still does but I know at one point he lived in this pretty secluded part of Washington state, I lived nearby and would see him whenever I went to locals back in the PM 3.6 and Sm4sh years. The Ult balance team doesn't have all the time in the world that the most popular fan modded version of Brawl devs have. PM has been worked on, patched and maintained by the balance team through multiple iterations since the first PM demo in fucking 2011. In contrast, the Ult dev team has a time limit on their projects and have to move on to bigger and better projects. After Sora's release, the balancing team dissolved and went to work on Tekken 8. They can't keep working on Ult forever.
