I have to add another comment. Namaz gives structure to daily life. Zahid took a namaz break during the interview- most appropriate! I used to stop sight seeing and tourism in parks, museums and just do the namaz, notwithstanding being in the US. I was in Karachi a decade or so ago, at an art exhibition and it was Maghreb, three of us, myself, my host and the chowkidaar took a namaz break right on the lawn of the Arts Council. We are bodies and souls, so nurture both. There is a final portal which we cannot avoid, to go through that we need to arm ourselves with some armor. Namaz is the best armor.
