Just my opinion, I think this young man has A learning disability, I think if he could do it by himself, what the kind policeman man has showed him and the young man has watched, but I dont think he gets it. I could be wrong. I dont know but I think if he could do it he would, because he would be so proud of himself that he did it. I think he has done as much as he knows how.
