You made some sound points but not all are valid. For example, because marriage done in church ends in divorce doesn't mean it shouldn't be done in the church. Traditional, white and family marriages can still end in divorce. Jews people also had issue of divorces, it didn't start with the church or today. It's just the heart of people involved in the marriage. I agree with you when you say people should not spend more than they can afford for a marriage ceremony or events. There is no first position in marriage. 🙏🏾

Now a days men and women are marrying to show off when the show end the marriage will also end.
