Riven was the brotherman at the end, when my man thought he was safe, he got instakilled. he went insane.

Brotherman the best yasuo build rellies on projectile, haste, crit and damage passives. You must absolutely get uwu blaster (single target DPS against elites and many procs with haste and projectile passives that can crit and give you flow for more tornado spam) the other really good weapons on him are bladorang (needs MS passive) and vortex glove (needs regen passive). If you get those offered early you take them cause you need all the projectiles that you can to spam tornados and build XP lead before elites start spawning. Yasuo without uwu blaster and the trinity of crit projectile haste passives is straight up garbage. Damage is also nice as you do a lot of AoE but not that much single target and DMG upgrade makes it so your single target dmg is good enough. You should only really take wepapons that crit and have high spam rate but regular weapons that can crit are also good (Train upgrades with DMG passive and it's good weapon if you get nothing better offered) the Statik shiv upgrades with Health and is pretty decent but all of these are not must haves. The must haves are Uwu blaster and projectile, haste, dmg and crit passives. 2nd best weapon after uwu blaster is bladorang but it's not a must have (still if you see it grab it and go movement passive but don't take it over the other passives mentioned or uwu blaster). P.S. Also on every melee character it's good to have a few long range weapons to kill the mines before they reach you. Yasuo tornadoes go pretty crazy so he doesn't need it but champs like Leona/Illaoi should always take a few longer range weapons for killing mines. (uwu blaster is not the most reliable if there are other mobs but does a great job if it is just mines walking at you)

Ebb and Flow isn't rng, the riot devs are super pepega with their tool tips and objectives/quest tool tips. If you press tab you see in realtime the cdr going from -50 to +150 values in a linear way, every second. So u can abuse and time it a lot.
