It is astonishing to learn that many of these security personnel originate from a region home to both Ijaw and Igbo-speaking communities. Even more surprising is that sources say, allegedly are Asari Dokubo’s men, operating under the directives of governors from Igbo states. This highlights the deep irony of the security crisis in the South East-where individuals, seemingly of Igbo descent, are involved in actions that harm their own people. If true, this needs to stop! Who truly are these security people? Where do they come from, and what are they really trying to do? You can't just call someone a criminal if they don’t have any weapons! People shouldn’t be treated like animals. Many of these security people might not even be on the side of the Igbos!
