Should've cancel getting married when he told his mother where she works at first meeting. He and his mom saw dollar signs. He maybe asked her to marry him knowing that she was a Pharmacist. Her dad a doctor. They were both golddiggers which in the end brought karma to have fun.

Depends on the laws of the state. This applies in community property states, such as California. The court can rule that inheritance from one party in a marriage can be divided equally in a divorce situation so yes courts can AND have allowed inheritances to be part of the marital assets during a divorce. That would probably only be done with extremely wealthy people BUT it can be done
@SFVnative9 ай бұрын
Inheritances are separate property in California and probably almost every other state, community property state or not. People have a right to protect their children with an emergency fund without some unrelated bum or gold-digger snatching it away.
