it will be very difficult to have a weinstein documentary because of the non disclosure agreeements that pretty much everyone that worked with the weinstein company had to sign. the moment say Oprah or whoever goes to interview these people for the evidence and the paperwork- they will get sued. and who wants that. Even with this MJ story there will b a lot coming after them. Since the 1st time Wayens family went to Neverland, they had to sing paperwork, and they even say how scary this was. Nothing had happened yet they were put "en garde" if you divulge anythign that happens here, you will be sued. But rather than testify against his old friend, Jordy left the country so that he couldn't be subpoenaed. Messerau said that if Jordy had come into that courtroom, he had witnesses who were going to testify that Jordy told them that it never happened and that he hated his parents for what they made him say and that he would never speak to them again. Messerau goes on to say that Jordy made good on his word and had gone into a court of law and had himself legally emancipated from BOTH of his parents. Jordy's mother, June Chandler, did testify at Michael's trial and when asked about her son, she testified that she hadn't spoken to Jordy in 11 years. Not 1 and not 2 but 11 years. Trials take months for a reason. If the world ran by your logic, there would be no fair trial, there would only be the prosecution, because why is it necessary to research? By your logic we just have to look at someone's chin. The same would be true for science, we would all be killed by radioactive radium if it wasn't for real facts and research, and not just looking at "butt chins." Look at 2005, MJ didn’t settle and instead faced a 2 year investigation and trial. He was CLEARLY innocent and acquitted, but the stress still nearly killed him and likely contributed to his death. It’s not just some simple process that goes away quickly. That notwithstanding, MJ did later say settling was the biggest mistake of his life because then everyone started suing him for everything. Evan Chandler was behind the 93 allegations, he was the real monster. Kobe Bryant also settled a rape case where the facts make clear he was innocent because he didn’t want to go through everything.
