In the video you lost your blade and I've had same thing happen several times so I recommend duping blade case so even if you lose it. Still have it available.

Silent I need help with my stash being over the limit.. 18/10 at one time I had 228 items in my stash and now I'm down to 110 because every game that I come out I lose mostly is not all my items. They allowed Act 4 to be taken on without completing the rest of the story. You do have to do the first part of Act 4 before the new mission. You can select it from the missions at the Zombies Menu

You should try closing when the loading screen RIGHT BEFORE YOU SPAM comes up... or close it right when you see the eliminated screen. The problem is timing has alot to do with your type of connection... for example if you're hard wired, and you disconnect you ethernet cable, that's an INSTANT disconnect(so try unplugging your cable at that screen) but if you're on wifi it might have to be closed even before the black screen. Timing is a little different for everyone based on how they are connected, what system they play on, and HOW they disconnect... good luck!
