This was probably one of the most underrated dances in K-pop. Pole dancing as a whole is hard, fitting into song choreo is pretty intense and these girls made one of the best songs of 2013 work with it and I've got nothing but respect for all of them for pulling it off, I saw the bruises and cuts, they're amazing.

After School is one of the top Girl Group in K-Pop History. Just look at how much effort they put in every performances. And every members really talented. It is such a waste many of them not active in K-Pop scene anymore. We can't find any girl groups like After School anymore.

They are definitely using a spinning pole, a couple of moves they do wouldn't be possible without one ( 0:19 on the left ). This doesn't make it easier though, personally I found spinning poles harder to use because you have to balance your body correctly to get a nice speed.

I love this song so much!!!! Not only sound freaking cool the dance is outstanding!!! You just cant look away when they perform. Sadly this as awesome as it is took too much energy and it wasnt safe enough for the them to promote more than just a month. These girls gave so much time and effort to do this I applaud y'all. In case people don't know Lizzy injured her ankle and was in a cast during the making of the mv, and Raina had hurt her wrist which enabled her to pole dance. The rest of the girls suffered from cuts,bruises, and pole burns.
