Ter Ri I’m from Michigan. We have hard water in many of our municipalities. Not including Flint’s water which I pray they fix soon. I went to Dallas for a work conference and was surprised and taken aback 😮 because so many of the male Texans had softer hands than mine. When I came back home I never mentioned it to my husband and my husband said my body and skin felt like butter. Girl, check if you have soft or hard water. I am black as the day is long and was not raised to moisturize my skin with lotion but after leaving Texas in February, I installed water softeners in all my bathrooms and have received so many compliments ever since on how soft my hands are by men and woman alike. Not to take away from your comment in any way, but as a former Medical School dropout turned Biochemist, my hands have always been rough😂🤷‍♀️😩📚🤓 it may just be something in the water🚿
