I'm shaking my head at some of the critical, nitpicking posts & arguments on this page. I really like Catherine. She has an amusing, witty, fun, lively, charming, engaging personality. Even the ExtraTV reporter seemed to enjoy talking & chatting with Catherine. Catherine has a great personality. And Sean made an excellent choice with Catherine, Life will NEVER be boring with Catherine. Who needs boring? I think Sean & Catherine are going to make it! Seriously.

I totally agree....Catherine is an intelligent, accomplished fine young woman, with values & morals. She's mentioned more than once that she's not a traditional person but when it comes to relationships she is .I so admire & respect her for that. And I won't be the least surprised if that's one of the many things that Sean deeply loves about her.She is a lady:)

compassion is synonymous to sympathy. we shouldn't generalize how people in this age handle their relationship. Its an understanding between two couples on how they will be able to support each other in any way they can. You judge based on what you see or heard but in reality only the two of them know what compromise is to work in their relationship.

A lot of couples do that. My friend left his job to move across the country to NY (from CA) because his fiance found an RN job there. That's how relationship works, you don't expect one person to stay if the other have to move. It's not pathetic at all. Regarding the religious beliefs, she stated many times she's had a religious upbringing but was never completely involved. Why wouldn't she be open to Christianity if Sean is? I know I went to church with my ex who was a Christian and I wasn't.

I like Catherine's expression when Sean tells Extra how sore was his groin hahahaha...P.S they act as a natural couple and don't have to be affectionate all the time just to please other people because we don't know how they are behind the camera...=)

Once and for all, if interested about Catherine try to go back to her comments about herself, family values and beliefs before commenting in any hurtful ways. You will find her not conforming in any ways to her man, she said so in one of their dates that when she feels love and ready she has to follow her heart. It wasn't easy for her before to do that so respect her for her decisions. They are going to marry soon and give your best wishes to both.

check out on Kristi Yamaguci the ice skater...Catherine's not the only girl who is short, Sean. Kristi's hubby is tall and they had two very cutie little girls. they look mixed. as long as you both love each other rather than fames and troubles. Sean, you should appreciate who you chose. whatever God give to you, accept it. if not, God will take it away and let you suffer till you accept yourself.

i have plenty of compassion, but no sympathy for people who, in this day & age engage in this sort or cave era behavior where a woman sacrifices who she is to conform to a man. it's pathetic, unhealthy behavior. in a healthy relationship two people compromise equally. one doesn't simply conform to the other. you should take a step out of the cave & breathe some fresh air. the time has long since passed where women have to compromise & sacrifice more than their fair share to be in a relationship.
