it's well filmed, cinematography is really good, as for the story, I get the impression they're prisoners from the UK shipwrecked around Tasmania en-route to Aus, the gaelic language (I'm assuming) spoken on occasion is a big clue, quite harsh environment in those dark days, thanks for the film

This is truly awful. A prison transport ship is wrecked and the survivors are stranded somewhere. They are building a boat/ship, with several soldiers in charge, when 8 of the survivors make a break for it. The only food they have is flour, when that runs out the leader butchers on of them. We do not see where they get any other food, they can't build any kind of shelter, and none are affected by illness or disease. Several go mad due to no food/no hope. The acting is okay, but there's no story, no detail, nothing. Not the worst film I have seen, but certainly the dullest. God, it's dull. Dull, dull, dull, dull, dull, with an added portion of dullness. If you watch this, you will regret the wasted time.

Do you Really want to tell me , that where tbese guys afe - which seems a jungle- There Are No animals to hunt- no fish in those waters - a Bit Very Stupid - as I lived in South America in the jungle with my siblings and parents- Se Always had Food -
