Defensive, uptight, sensitive. These are the things holding her back. Very pretty but from day one there's a upperty, snobbish thing and she just got to embrace learning because you are never too old to learn. She just got to relax a bit more and be humble but stay fighting to be successful rather than fighting against people who are particularly trying to help. Loved the make over green suits her and think purple would work well to maintain edgy look.

Honestly, it is all about being in the right place at the right time. Experience level is a small factor in determining how successful you are overall in the industry. So I feel like this is not really a fair critique, especially since there is a oversaturation of models.

I love Erin for sharing her pain with us. I like that they asked the models to show hands for how many had “been bullied” then how many had “stood up to” bullies. Great. How about asking how many “have bullied” or been unable to “stand up” ? I think their approach was lame. We can’t just scream at the bullies. Sometimes ppl are shitty and there isn’t a damn thing you can do about it. Regardless I would not tell my child to scream in rage about bullies. Bad advice. I think adults “bully” each other often with gossip and all kinds of ways with aggressive hurtful language in social media. For a recent example: one of the parkland victims father was seen in a trump shirt and consequently received some sick comments about his loss. I love Tyra but they missed the mark on bullying. God Bless America and lets lead by example about bullying and give realistic advice about how to deal with unkind attitudes and language. Thank you.
