Creo que el objetivo principal de ese show reality fue poner al límite a Wang Hedi .... desde afuera se ve a hombres que dirigen muy controladores y manipuladores formando una ESTRELLA y abusando de ese poder .... pero si en potencial de la figura popular que buscan ... era necesario ( aunque no estoy de acuerdo ) ... lo positivo de esa situación fue que DIdi debió crecer y darse cuenta que es DURO ese mundo y si le gusta debe estar ADVERTIDO de cómo funciona y él aprendió a ser OBJETIVO ( en lo personal por mi enfoque de vida no me expondría a ESO) lo interesante es que este muchacho tiene talento y ahora le ha ido muy bien ..... pero que no se lo tome tan en serio y no olvide cuidar de su privacidad y vida normal .... buenos deseos para este joven actor ...

I don't understand Chinese but the body language of the tutor is arrogant. The man in question is "enjoying" the control he has over this group of aspiring actors/entertainers. The man is obviously very comfortable deciding the immediate destiny of the youngsters without having to supply a plausible explanation for his assessment. The only useful lesson for the young men is that they will be meeting a version of this "tutor" countless times in the future if they persist in a career in the entertainment industry; they will face rejection (often because of flimsy & subjective factors) time & time again.
