One thing more annoying than this movie(which is quite impossible tbh) is the promotions for it. I saw a video of both the leads reading tweets about how much of a sweetheart Harden was and that fans want a relationship like him and Tessa and I was just baffled at how people can look at this movie and see anything other than the walking red flags. And the fact that both of the actors don't even talk about how the relationship might be a bit too toxic and maybe slightly hint at the fact that the movie is not the best example of the portrayal of a healthy relationship is weird to me. Atleast Robert Pattinson was self aware about Edward and loved to point out the weird and outright creepy things his character does in every single twilight interview.

Same. Mine was August 2019 to January 2020, so not too long but it felt like more than a year. Exhausting, toxic, draining. I hate that I went thru it and dealt with it and put up with it, but now unfortunately from it I learned to stand up for myself and others and not take shit from anyone and to set higher standards and I know what I want now. I've been single for over a year now and it's been great. Discovered what I like and don't like, had fun here and there, and now just working on myself. Got a job, tryna find an apartment still, and got great friends. I don't wish that type of relationship on anyone, but I am glad I learned from it and can move on from it. I hope you can find this awesome feeling sometime soon too 💕😊

@@allthingsfandoms6833 Yeah, thank you for explaining, though. I was confused as hell. 😅For some people like me who have not read the books, it would be extremely confusing with lots of these characters that don't add much to the plot, plus the fact that they replaced an astonishing amount of actors that were in the previous movies. Too many unnecessary scenes as well. Plot-wise, I feel like if they could have made those scenes more concise and not all over the place, they could have made more sense and save a lot of time since this movie doesn't really have much of a plot in my opinion.

I really don’t like Hardin, he still has so much maturing to do and so does Tessa, but I mean he literally plays the jealous game with Tessa on purpose. This is just so bad.. He always takes their arguments to a more intense level it doesn’t need to go, I think she’s maybe done the same too I can’t fully remember but they would possibly learn a lot of great things with couples therapy.

I wish After had been about seeing patterns in abusive relationships and breaking away from them. Teenage girls especially are going to see these movies and think “Oh, this is normal!” and “I am obligated to fix my partner”. Super unhealthy and dangerous :((

Nope, guys. Aaron was correct when he referenced war movies in the 40s. While there were also tons in the 50s, there were plenty before then especially given that WWII ended in '45 which is only halfway through the decade, not to mention there was also WWI to make movies about. "The Battle of Midway" was even shot live by director John Ford as it happened.
