I know it might sounds like a noob question but i really is (just 72 hours at the game), i've been notice at 3:16 the "sword bar" (i dont know what it names) at the top left is increasing rather than decreasing. As far as i know it will decrease everytime you use RT attack. How do they do that? is that a weapon or skill feature?

The Spirit Gauge increases over time for a little bit after you land either your Spirit Helm Breaker (the RT+Y attack) or the normal attack after your special sheath (RT+A into Y). This makes it easier for you to level up your sword again after using up a whole level to unleash Helm Breaker. Of course, when the monster is down this neat little feature isn't as handy but when the monster is on the move and you successfully landed Helm Breaker, you can sheathe your weapon, run around a bit and focus on dodging while your sword is slowly getting its gauge back. Sorry if this was a bit long and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong anywhere. Also don't worry about asking 'noob' questions, the game has many little tricks it doesn't tell you about.
