Fermentation and cold crash are done! My online collab with @midwestbarrelco are finally ready to be transferred to a freshly emptied 15 gallon rum barrel. The beer is a so called Munichwine, which is basically a "regular" Barleywine but with Munich malt as base. I also added some dark English caramel malt and Special B to bring out those delicious toffee and raisin flavors. Boiled for 6 hours and got a OG of 1.176 (39.3°P).
