Thank you, very helpful 😊 1:02 These 2 screws doesn’t hold the console, so no need to remove them. I guess the part at the bottom doesn’t need to be removed either, but this way you can clean the dust in it

When you were earthing, did you have to make any adjustments to the black wire? Mine just seems really tight to get on

I got the same and just switched the cables, it didn’t work and now the old one doesn’t work, I didn’t disconnect the battery or earth the black cable, could that of blown the fuse?

Not sure on what you mean but definitely disconnect the battery on the safe side then you know there won’t be any issues while installing it ! What cables do you mean when you say you switched them. Cheers!

Could someone help me out. Once the harness is attached there are two plugs, one red and one black. Which one of these is plugged into the new stereo as there is only one socket. Cheers

With my one I’m sure they both went in! Are you sure it’s the wright harness is all I can think!

The radio comes with its own connector and comes with its own wires that will connect to the red and black one, if your missing those wires you need to buy it separately because your "new" radio is missing the wires it came with when it was new

Why did you choose not to plug in radio? If I wanted the radio too is there an easy connection on the back?

To be honest I really don’t use the radio atall in the past so didn’t see the need to plug it in! I’m not 100% if you’d maybe need an adapter or if it would straight plug in!

Speakers seem fine ! If you have full bass on there’s sometimes a bit of a rattle… probably more the car then the speakers though 😂

You can tune the sound on most good aftermarket radio's, the stock speakers with the tweeters factory upgrade sound fine when tuned properly

If you dont have the tweeters from factory then just buy som 16,5 inch speakers for the doors

Hi we just did this installation today. We disconnected the battery, used the harness with the wires that came with our stereo. We didn’t change the earth wire like you did. We just put it all in together. Reconnected the battery and have no power to the stereo? Could it be the earth wire?

I’ve bought the same harness and stereo from Halfords but the harness doesn’t plug into the back of the steroe
