i bought aftermath a few days ago, surprisingly it reminds me of H1Z1 Just Survive. its been really fun and chill, i hope it dosnt end up abandoned

Yep, exactly why I fell in love. It's almost identical to the original H1Z1. Uses half the sounds and textures too lol, nothing wrong with it. That game was legendary and Aftermath is amazing

Infections are too busted. Pills are rare to come by and I die in less then a minute.

Just search like every bathroom , by the time I find any guns I have like 8 pills, just make sure to avoid zombies before you get stocked up and you should be fine

I drank dirty water and I got a thirst icon and I couldn’t quench it with anything. What should I do?

Well there's bacteria if your health has gone down and u drank dirty water u should get a bacteria icon sometimes and your health will go down so you need antibiotics to stop the bacteria
