38 weeks leaves a woman with 2 weeks to her due date in a normal pregnancy. Kristina was out of order to go confront Ava and I thoroughly enjoyed this courtroom scene. And you are so right, Dante should have known better than to question Ava.

Yeah, so Ric got it right then about 38 weeks being close to her due date. This was a great courtroom scene. Dante made a huge mistake questioning Ava, that gave Ric more ammo to prove that this was a personal witch hunt against Ava.

She deliberately set out to lie and try to encourage Molly to lie… but the truth was revealed because of the actions that Christina took going to confront Ava, which she had no business doing losing self-control always a lack of self discipline and so darn self-righteous trying to protect that mobster dad of hers and what did he get her? It cost her the life of Irene, an innocent baby TJ and Molly‘s baby. She she never thinks and then when something bad happens sunny and Alexis run to her rescue. They need to stop and let her feel the pressure of her stupidity and today Rick did just that he allowed her to suffer the consequences of her actions and I am so glad about it. It’s been a long time coming and finally Justice is being served. Ava did not push her out that window. Christina is a bold liar and that’s why I can’t have any compassion for her. Outstanding job Rick Lansing!!!

I loved these scenes. At 38 weeks, you should be at home with your feet up. She herself said that she thought Ava was dangerous. No one in their right mind would go see a dangerous person at that stage in their pregnancy. She had been told by Molly to stay away from Ava, but she confronted her anyway. She showed no thought of the baby she claimed to love. I’m looking forward to Molly being on the stand. It’ll be hard for her, but she’s going to realize that like Kristina lying to her about not going to try and keep the baby, she lied about her confrontation and if Kristina hadn’t gone to see Ava, like she told her not to, the baby would still be alive. We’ll see if their newly mended sisterly bond can handle this.

Hi Everyone!! I think Ava will get off but Kristina as usual will not be held accountable for her actions and yes she is going to try and kill Ava. But, my prediction is that she is going to get caught in the act and to get her off Sonny is going to have to make a deal with Ava regarding Avery. I just hope she gets it in writing this time Lastly, I think to keep Kristina on the canvas they are going to have to make Kristina Bipolar like Sonny. It would give them an excuse as to why she acts the way she does. Just my thoughts

Pretty soon, Molly will figure out that Alexis and Kris cabt be trusted. Ric has always been in Molly's corner since she was a baby. He even told Alexis that she and Sonny would prioritize Kris as a baby and would look out for Molly. They do. Alexis drafting those papers for Kristina was a huge betrayal to Molly, proving she couldn’t trust them. Ava isn’t the only one to avoid consequences on the show-Alexis is one. Carly and Jax is another. They stole Spencer but avoided accountability because Ned persuaded Nikolas not to act. Carly later dismissed it to Nikolas during Wileys kidnapping. Sonny has also escaped justice for murder, massacring a family, blowing up the Metro Court, planting car bombs, threatening men, women & childrens lives. Plus, exploiting women, like Scotty’s daughter and so many other crimes. Ric doesn't whitewash it the way Alexis and his camp want Molly to do.

Regardless of Ava's past, no one with a heart would lay a finger on a pregnant woman, Ava put her hand on her shoulder, Kristina stepped back and dropped her bag out the window, but all of this is impossible without a little help from a second person, namely Ava, she has the baby's blood Adela/Irene on her hands

Kristina shouldn't have been at Ava's in the first place. No Responsible mother to be would confront someone they believe to be a danger or threat in their 9th month of pregnancy unnecessarily. Kristina's visit was pointless and unnecessary. Kristina was pissed and instigated an aggressive confrontation. She should have put the baby's safety before her anger.

@laurafantoni1036 That's irrelevant, the proper response to a subpoena is not confronting the lawyer who had you served or his client. That's what legal counsel is for, Kristina's visit was for the purpose of a confrontation. She was pissed and wanted Ava to know it. She didn't even consider the fact that it was a bad idea despite being warned she shouldn't do it. That is absolutely on her, why should Ava be concerned about Kristina being pregnant if Kristina wasn't concerned?
