What a unique experience at the Petersham. It was all spectacular but I missed the scones. Not an Italian thing, I am guessing. The teapot was beautiful. A great way to serve lemon verbena tea. What a beautiful place! I am glad you loved your afternoon. You help us enjoy it as well!

Now this afternoon tea was really lovely! The food was great and I was really taken care of- No scones, but my goodness there was so much food I did not miss them at all 😁 I hope to see you again soon for another tea time adventure 💕🐰✨🎄

That looked lovely. I know what you mean about tuna. It's a totally different experience fresh or even in a ceviche. It's moist and buttery but once heat hits it then it changes texture and dries out. Hence why they love canning it in oil. A really good Italian canned tuna in olive oil is the way to try it. Like oysters for me...cannot do that texture. If some things can be too dry then the opposite is true with an oyster. ..lol.
