My granddaughter just watched this darling episode of Mrs. Trollope....thank you so much for telling us a story as you baked the apple cake. We decided that ginger biscuits might be refered to as ginger snaps in Ala bama....Thank you again for making this lovely video....thank you for sharing your time and many talents...

You are most welcome! Glad you both enjoyed the story. I am currently working on a series featuring Mrs Trollope and the residents of Little Thatchbridge. That will be coming soon in videos. Ah ginger snaps, biscuits are quite different in the USA I understand. They are more like bread rolls?

@@MeadowAfternoon Gingersnaps are cookies...make gingersnap cookie dough, roll into large marble size balls, press carefully with bottom of a glass, sprinkle with sugar and bake until ready.....so delicious.. I will be looking forward to the next Mrs. Trollope story. Have you ever read the "Miss Read" books ....about a small village school teacher?

Hello everyone, I decided to write about Mrs Trollope again today as I really enjoyed writing about her last week. I spent a couple of hours last weekend coming up with quite a few stories set in Little Thatchbridge, so I might just continue with Mrs Trollope for a while. I need to figure out who took the elderberry wine!
