Wow the infrastructure shown in the video is better than what I expected. Camarines Sur has the highest poverty incidence among Luzon provinces as per PSA's 2021 report, but this video makes me think it's not. Maybe, the underprivileged are concentrated in rural areas? Looking forward to your walking tours in its rural part!
