I’m a Ohio cop. First off I love and respect your Chanel. Been here since 200k. As far as the 1st story and testing drugs. It’s the same as if it was found on the streets ( a traffic stop). Your arrested and charged immediately. The dope gets sent to a lab. If it comes back pos, your F’ed. If it comes back neg then your still f’ed. Because the charge is still on your record but theirs no conviction. In my opinion the system is set up to fail people and just get money

Many years ago I spent a couple of weekends in the Norfolk Virginia City jail. Every meal you were given two whole pieces of fruit. It could be a banana and an apple or an orange and a pear but it was two whole pieces of fruit. Years later I was in the Norfolk Virginia City jail for 4 months and the only fruit you was given was a half of an orange once a month.

Any one been in prison come out on parole usually they give probation to one's that havent commented serious crimes or first time offenders of nonviolent crimes.i could be wrong thats just from what I have seen.

It would depend if its federal or state. Most murders are either in prison for life. Unless they plead go lesser charge example manslaughter. They can usually get out and yes there on state probation.

My brother got sentenced to 4 months for his 4th DUI. The judge gave him 30 days to sort his affairs and then turn himself in. So the day comes and he has to be at the theo lacey facility (OC California) at 7:00pm My brother is NOT the jail type so I feel bad but he needed help. My grandmother calls me at ELEVEN o clock at night and asks me to pick him up from the jail. The SECOND he was booked, he was fed kicked. He was never even housed and kicked after 4 hours of being there

If you want to try and get rid of the echo if your new studio try some acoustical absorption panels with an NRC rating that efficiently absorbs the 2k-6k HZ frequency spectrum and perhaps mix them with some acoustic diffusers. Both things can be made DIY style for less than $25 per 24x24 panel.

When I was 17 the probation officer started giving me drug pamphlets with my orders. As I stated earlier I was always high when I went to the probation office. I decided the best thing to do was flip out on the lady. I told her," why are you giving me these pamphlets? Do you think I do drugs? You can drug test me right now I know that the results will be." Lucky for me this lady was soft and she didn't call my bluff. The '90s were a great time.

When I was on probation when I was like 15 years old the probation officer would stand right behind me I could feel him breathing on my neck, and ever since then I cannot pee in front of anybody, even in a public restroom there's no way I can use a stand-up urinal or if I'm in a stall and there's other people in the bathroom and all the noise and s*** I still can't pee, I got to be all by myself with nobody around, stage fright is a real deal Holyfield thing.

I remember showing up to meet my probation officer and there was less security at his office than there was when I went to see my psychologist. These days, everyone has to get searched just to pay a speeding ticket. A lot's changed around here in the past decade. I had to go to the county courthouse to pay a speeding ticket once in 2017 and their private security guards (not cops) confiscated my bottle opener because they said it could be used as a weapon. I remember thinking it was kind of funny, since back when I was on probation, my PO explicitly said that that exact same keychain bottle opener could not possibly reasonably be considered a weapon. A ball point pen is far more dangerous, and people bring those into the county courthouse every day.

Probably had 20-30 urinalysis tests for my job.. Even in the military they ball hawk..sometimes you get a dude that kinda hangs back but often you get a dude literally hanging over your shoulder making sure your specimen is indeed the one that enters the cup..

I can relate to this video Joe! I've been on proby before. And I'm probation now. I HATE pissing in the cup when dude is watching! I get stage fright bad when someone is right there. We had to do it in groups sometimes also!! 1 guy checking 8 dudes in a bathroom with 2 urinals and 1 stall. Tight quarters. Lol I hated that the most!! But my best advice for people on probation is... go where you're supposed to go, and do what you're supposed to be doing. Then they'll leave you alone. Lol
