I bought these about 2 years ago and have used them only a handful of times. Whenever I would use them the volume would randomly start turning up or down, or disconnecting from either my phone or computer, without touching anything or even moving my head. Now I haven't used them in over 1,5 years and am trying to pair with my phone after recharging them, but the only thing that's responding is the single push of the + which give the beep and a quick flash of the blue light. Have been stored safely, so they're practically as new, but I can't turn them off, enter pairing mode, reset or provoke a voice command from them. A complete waste of money.

Distinctly helpful video. As someone who does a lot of walking and hiking, I much prefer these bone conduction units over Apple's Air Pods, which inevitably get loose and wiggle around in my ear. Also, I can clearly hear ambient noises (cars, for safety, or spouse, for marital peace and bliss).

I just bought a pair of these today, waiting for them to charge, came here for the tutorial. However, in the shop was a testing station, the sales assistant turned the volume up on the music as he was talking to me, and I could hear the music was really loud, however I could hear every word he was saying. I had spent $120 on another brand of ear pods for myself for Christmas, they were rubbish. (I'm in Australia). So glad I got these, I'll be using them at my next parkrun.

I have had these for a few years and use them daily in my retiree activities (lots of sitting around on KZbin dog walking) and I guess I love them because I almost cried a few times when I thought I lost them. They still hold a good charge, but when they need a recharge, it's super quick to get them to 100% (15 mins?). My only complaint is I lost one of the delicate rubber speaker covers and the other fell off last week. I don't think there are replacements either, but they don't feel too bad without them and the Skull technology is still working. Let me know if anyone has a fix for the missing speaker covers!

Hello, while I'm talking on the with the headset, the other person hears an echo or they say that they can't hear me. How do I fix that?
@ProFitHearing4 жыл бұрын
Assuming there is no issue with the phone or headset, it could be the environment you are using the headset in. The headset microphone is by the ear, so it picks up your voice and any noise from the room. Avoid noisy, reverberant rooms if possible. Also, ask if the other person in on speakerphone and disable that to see if the sound improves. Hope this helps. Thanks so much for watching and for the comment.

Aftershokz has been renamed Shokz, and I also have a Shokz headphone, which undoubtedly performs well. But this year, I still switched to Wissonly Hi Runner. I'm not saying Shokz is not good, but I need a headphone that can adapt to more scenarios. Shokz's product cannot be used while swimming. You might say that Shokz's Openswim can be used for swimming, but its product features are weak and the price is too high. Wissonly Hi Runner, with good sound quality and minimal sound leakage, provides a good wearing experience. IPX8 is waterproof, with 32GB storage, and dual modes of Bluetooth and MP3.This the reason.

I appreciate not having something in my ear and trying to "fit" them or worry about them falling out, which happens with Apple AirPods, but I always have to look at the directions to remember how to pair, turn on and turn off the device. Love mine I can hear people talking in my left ear and I can't hear out of it
@ProFitHearing3 жыл бұрын
So glad you like them! Bone conduction headphones can help people with conductive/mixed hearing loss hear better from their affected ear. Make sure to have an ear exam by your local physician to determine the cause of hearing loss in one ear and to determine whether you’re a hearing aid candidate.

You do not tell us if they turn off when you remove them, as with earbuds. You do n not talk about how fragile they are if dropped. You do not talk about moisture resistance. You do not discuss battery life.

i checked these headphones at a store and was very impressed but then i bought me a pair and i wasn't impressed. These headphones have no bass and it's more for treble.
@ProFitHearing3 жыл бұрын
Yes. The bass is reduced compared to traditional headphones, however the flexibility of the open ear design (awareness of environmental sounds and ability to hear people around you) is usually more important to the target users of this device. I have used them for music, however you are less likely to notice sound differences when listening to more speech based content like podcasts, audio books, or videos. Thank you for the comment and for watching.
