Great video! A good number of shots in there that I wish I had in my own little video of the area, but I only had my drone for 2 weeks when I filmed so I am still learning! I'll certainly be using some of your techniques in my future vieos, so thanks so much :)

I used to live there! As a wee toddler in the early 60s, in the end cottage of 3. Only for about 9 months or so, but they are my first early memories.

Wonderful video. I always knew the walk up, and around *New Cumnock* dam was beautiful , but this takes it to a whole other level. Awesome aerial footage, and well done on the editing and lovely musical score. Missing home something chronic now. Best wishes from New Zealand. Xxx

Took a trip out there today only to be told Historic Scotland don't allow filming using uav's without permission. Wish I'd known that before I took the drive. There was scaffolding there anyway that won't be down till next year so wouldn't have looked good.
