Teehee am i the only one who'd rate william a 7/10?? Mainly just cause he was successful, very detailed plans which worked (pretty hard to do lol) cam easily get away with murder (INCREDIBLY HARD) and despite everyone around him hating him, he still manages to break their spirits.
