I live in Spain and I can tell you the Premier League is easily the strongest at the moment. Even including Barca and Madrid, the Spanish league doesn't compete in terms of intensity, competition, cash, popularity...It's a 2-team league, the other European Leagues are even less competitive. The EPL is tops right now in all areas, how long that will last is another matter.
