He was a goal hanging winger. The amount of final passes and chances he missed were ridiculous, he wasn't ripping up full backs when he played for City, he'd wait in the box for KDB or David Silva to play it to him and shoot or lay the ball. You have to remember City from 2017-2021 created more chances than any team I've ever seen in England. Raheem just gobbled them up, because he has incredible movement. Everything else is average imo, especially his final ball and shooting. He fucked up in so many big games for City. Man used to get bullied by Wan Bissaka, Van Dijk and Reece James, to the point you'd feel sorry for him.
