Great video. I was hoping to see MORE bloat taken out of the top of the spec tree, but any changes that give us more points are good changes. In PvP I have always felt like I had zero room for variation.

Really happy to see some Rshaman love, had to switch to Hpriest as main for this tier but would prefer to go back to Rshaman next tier

I have to disagree. I played rsham for the last 2 expansions and what i loved most about it was the ramps of cburst totem. Its what got me hooked to the class and now that its better to just drop 2 or 3 or 4 healing stream totems its just... boring. Personal opinion obviously.

@1st Last yeah I was like you once. But forced timing and looking at logs and realizing you need timers for exact CB explosions to have competitive logs makes the talent a terrible design in my opinion. Worse like disc it can be wrecked by a group of healers who are also very log minded. You'll notice most high parse shaman don't have high parsing other healers in their groups.

@@Dan-Scott So the talent forced you to be better to get more value out of it? I understand you but I guess I disagree. I truly don't care about parses, it just feels good and rewarding to play well. Every healer spec with a great parse outside of the top guilds has other worse healer parses in the group. When you are the one healing everything you get a good parse and if you are healing everything that means you are doing well. It isn't the only metric obviously sometimes you have to deal with specific mechanics targeting you or you are assigned other shit. I guess we are 2 different types of healer and we take enjoyment out of different play styles and right now, it fits your type and you are defending having more passive healing just so the healing is done for you by the kit itself.

@1st Last I literally don't care about parse either. Sadly some people do. And because our HPS is so far behind when you compare equal parse players, it makes shaman not as fun. Cloud Burst isn't as fun when it takes double the work to do the same healing as other classes do for far less work. I look at my 93 parse from last night and the amount of work that went in on Shaman. And compare to a 93 parse from multiple other classes...... less HPS and less buttons.... Again if giga burst healed for a giga heal I'd be a lot more happy. But right now I'd rather pop 4 HS totems and let them ride out constant healing phases while doing damage I guess I just want more love. Not a single negative thing to say about your passion for CB just want it to be equal

@@Dan-Scott I think shammy will never be equal tho. It has been historically lower hps right? We shammy brings is great cds and on stacked fight shammy used to be king. Still I also share the feeling of wanting shaman to get some love. I guess we are defending the same.
