I wouldn't call this "vintage ARR Melody". I was hoping when I heard the beginning of the song, but from about the second part of the pallavi (and the scale changes in the charanam) it probably resembles ARR Phase 2, when he became active in Hindi (mid-2000s). Loved the interludes though, flashes of the old ARR (what some of us liked)...just IMHO.
