Hiya thanks for your vidoe it was very informative was wondering some people have said there is nothing to do outside of the hotel. If you went out of the hotel is there really nothing to do? Also is there a currency exchange there? Sorry for all the questions got 3 weeks left an we are getting excited ❤

Great video, thanks for sharing! We are visiting here in July for two weeks and cant wait. Looks like you had a great time - we was a little worried about a few negative reviews we have seen about the service, entertainment and smoking inside (girlfriend is pregnant) but all looked good! someone will always moan about something i guess.

Thank you so much ☺️ Wow be prepared for the heat in July! It was hot when we were there in December. At least there are an abundance of pools for you to keep cool in ☺️ Don’t worry, there’s smoking inside but I far as I noticed it was only in one of the bars so can definitely be avoided. We found the service impeccable, especially the restaurant staff, they couldn’t do enough for you and loved to chat if you like that sort of thing 😊 I hope you have a fabulous trip, it is a very relaxed hotel if that is what you’re looking for. Enjoy! ☀️

I’m going to be honest, we completely forgot to change any cash up so couldn’t leave tips which we did feel bad about at times 😔 but we didn’t feel like they were waiting around expecting tips if you know what I mean. We made sure we spent time talking to everyone and thanking them for how hard they were working ☺️
